How the calculation works
Days of supply = tub grams ÷ grams used per day; daily cost = price ÷ days of supply
A worked example
A 500 g tub lasts 100 days at a user-entered 5 g per day, or about 166.7 days at 3 g per day. At a $24 tub price and 5 g per day, the cost is $0.24 per day or $7.20 per 30 days.
Compare tub sizes on equal terms
A larger tub can cost more at checkout but less per day. Use the same daily amount and currency when comparing packages. If your use varies from day to day, enter the average grams you expect to use.
Common questions
How long does 500 g of creatine last?
Divide 500 by the daily amount you have chosen. At 5 g per day it lasts 100 days; at 3 g it lasts about 166.7 days. Neither example is an individual dose recommendation.
Can I use this for creatine capsules?
Yes, if you enter the total grams of creatine in the whole bottle. Multiply capsule count by creatine per capsule and convert milligrams to grams first.
Method: arithmetic from the label values you enter. Reviewed .
